Shipping policy

We ship orders within the United States using available carrier services such as USPS, UPS, or other shipping partners. Shipping options, estimated delivery times, and applicable rates are displayed at checkout based on your delivery address and order.

Free U.S. shipping is available on orders of $45 or more.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Processing times may be longer during product launches, promotions, holidays, or periods of high order volume.

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Same Gang is not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses, or other circumstances outside our control.
